This directory provide models in XML file format for Model A and B.  
To use xml files, you have to convert them to binary format using 
Genome3D viewer (Genome3D->File->ConvertXML). 

Two alternative models, Genome3D_Model_C.tar.gz and 
Genome3D_Model_D.tar.gz, are provided in XML format. These two models 
have different spatial distribution of chromosomes from those in 
Model_A and Model_B.
